Shipping policy

Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at check-out. We reserve the right to use any of the following companies for shipping: UPS Ground, UPS Standard International, USPS. Please note that there are restrictions on some items and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Due to customs issues once, a package has left our warehouse we have no control of customs. Company ships Monday thru Friday only (excluding Holidays). Please note that most U.S. orders ship within 2-3 business days from receipt. We will send you a separate shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number when the order ships. All International orders will be contacted separately for order confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order through our shipping department.
